Terms + Conditions for Indigo Forest Online Courses

Welcome to Indigo Forest! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of all online courses offered by Indigo Forest ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing our courses, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Intellectual Property Rights

3. Payment & Pricing

All course purchases are one-time payments, and sales tax will be applied where required by law. Prices are subject to change, but once you have purchased a course, you will not be charged additional fees for continued access.

4. Refund & 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We are confident in the value of our courses, which is why we offer a 90-day money-back guarantee under the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 90 days of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a refund, you must demonstrate that you actively engaged with the course by completing at least 50% of the material and implementing the strategies provided.
  • Upon refund approval, access to the course will be revoked immediately.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

5. Course Access & Subscription Duration

  • Enrollment grants a minimum of 1 year of access to the purchased course.

  • If we ever discontinue the course or move to a different platform, we will provide at least 30 days notice to active users.
